Applications


Heavy duty rubber cable for control and power supplies. For festoon applications with mechanical tensile stress compared to dynamic stress.
Different structures:

  •   single core (1x...)
  •   3 - 5 cores (power and control N x ...)
  •   multi cores (N x ...)
  •   three cores with divided protective conductor (3x...+3x.../3)

Flexible stranded, plain copper acc. DIN EN / IEC 60228 class 5
 

Insulation
Elastomeric hard grade ethylene-propylene rubber compound 
better than IEC 60502-1
 

Inner sheath (not for single core versions)
Special synthetic rubber compound for a max. operating temperature at
conductor of 90 °C.
 

Outer sheath
Heavy duty chlorinated rubber compound 5GM5 acc. DIN VDE 0207 part 21
