Bramsche, March 13, 2006 – Lacroix + Kress GmbH, Bramsche, a Nexans company, will be presenting its range of wires at the Wire&Tube trade fair. The conductor materials are manufactured from the best copper in various cross sections and are available bare, tin-plated, silver-plated and nickel-plated. They are used, for example, as the primary product in the production of high quality communication lines. The range of products of this Nexans subsidiary includes precision extra fine wires from 0,014 mm in diameter that can be painted and are suitable for the production of mini coaxial conductors.
Lacroix + Kress, in close consultation with customers, also designs and produces wires and cables in various geometric superstructures. The supplier's specialities include specialist and shielding wires delivered on braiding reels. Furthermore, the company manufactures round blank wires from oxygen-free copper and copper alloys. They can be employed in special mechanical applications or are used for cold form parts, profile production of wire rods, tin welding and milling.
