MV Joints

Nexans provides a whole range of MV joints that can suit to every kind of possible connection depending on the function :

• Single joint : joint of cables made of the same insulation technology (paper to paper, synthetic to synthetic)
   
• Transition joint : joint of cables made of different insulation technology (paper to synthtic)
   
• Branch joint : joint to connect 2 cables on 1 These products are designed in different assembling technologies
   
• Heat Shrink : suitable for single or three cores synthetic or paper insulated cables up to 36kV & easy to install
   
• Cold shrink : suitable for single core synthetic or paper insulated cables up to 24kV, with all the functions of the cable gathered in one piece ! easier to install ! Slip-on : suitable for single core synthtic insulated cables up to 36kV, accessories are made of silicone pre-molded body.)
   
• Wrapped : suitable for single or three cores synthetic or paper insulated up to 24kV.

In addition, Nexans provides you three types of core connection : deep indent, hexagonal restraints, or bolted conenctors.
